Priority tickets: 1 hour response. Standard tickets: 24 hour response.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on shared hosting plans. Dedicated servers and infrastructure services are non-refundable due to provisioning costs. Refunds are processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy. Clients will receive notice and opportunity to remedy violations where possible. Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.
